  • Lynkstr and Stratlynk are NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in any capacity.
  • We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013) and not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014).
  • We are not a stock broker, authorised person, sub-broker, portfolio manager, depository participant or member of any stock exchange, and we are not empanelled with any exchange as an algo provider.
  • Nothing on this site has been reviewed, approved or endorsed by SEBI, NSE, BSE or any other regulator or exchange.

Not investment advice

  • Nothing on this site or in the platform is investment advice, financial advice, a research report, a recommendation, a tip, a signal, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or derivative.
  • Stratlynk provides no trading strategies. It is engineering software that automates rules the user brings, designs and controls.

Day reads and AI-generated content

  • Day reads are educational descriptions of completed sessions in market-profile terms. They are not research reports, forecasts, price targets or calls to trade.
  • They are built from fixed rules and written up by an AI model, are published without human review, and may be incomplete or wrong.
  • Reads describe a session after it has closed. They name no trades, no levels to act on and no expectations for the next session. Do not trade on them.

  • We do not promise, guarantee or assure any return, profit or protection from loss. Anyone claiming otherwise on our behalf is not authorised to do so.
  • Backtests, replays and simulations are hypothetical, are fitted with hindsight, and do not represent actual or future results. Past performance is not indicative of future performance.

Risk of loss

  • Trading in futures and options carries a high risk of loss, and losses can exceed the amount invested. SEBI studies have found that the large majority of individual traders in equity F&O incur net losses.
  • Automation does not reduce market risk; it adds technology risk. Stop-losses and risk limits may not execute at the intended price, for example in gaps, fast markets or outages.
  • Only trade with money you can afford to lose. All trading decisions, outcomes, profits and losses belong solely to the user.
